1. About the Affiliate Program
The program allows eligible users to promote DreamsHelix programs using approved referral methods and earn referral-based rewards or commissions on valid enrollments. It is intended solely for ethical promotion, genuine referrals, community engagement, and educational awareness.
2. Important Clarification
DreamsHelix is not an MLM company, does not operate any pyramid structure, does not follow chain-based recruitment, participation is optional, and no guaranteed income, fixed earnings, or assured profits are promised.
3. Eligibility
Participants may be required to maintain an active DreamsHelix account, provide accurate information, comply with policies, use lawful promotional methods, and meet minimum eligibility requirements defined by DreamsHelix.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote DreamsHelix ethically and professionally, share accurate official information only, avoid misleading claims, respect platform reputation and branding, use authorized referral methods, and follow applicable guidelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
Fake referrals, spam marketing, misleading advertisements, false earning claims, unauthorized paid ads, fake reviews, misrepresentation, tracking manipulation, reputation damage, and platform abuse are strictly prohibited.
6. No Guaranteed Income
DreamsHelix does not guarantee fixed earnings, monthly income, profit assurance, financial success, or referral conversion rates. Users should not treat the program as employment, investment, or guaranteed earning source.
7. Commission Structure
Commission structures, referral rewards, payout systems, and eligibility may vary by course type, campaigns, platform policies, seasonal offers, and operational requirements. DreamsHelix may modify or discontinue affiliate features without prior notice.
8. Referral Validation
A referral is valid only if enrollment is genuine, payment is successfully completed, platform policies are followed, no fraud is detected, and tracking systems record the referral.
9. Payout Policy

13. Suspension & Termination
DreamsHelix may suspend or terminate participation without prior notice for fraud, policy violations, misconduct, spam, unauthorized promotions, suspicious referral patterns, or harmful behavior.
14. Limitation of Liability
DreamsHelix is not responsible for affiliate business losses, marketing expenses, failed promotional campaigns, income expectations, third-party restrictions, or external technical failures.
15. Policy Modifications
DreamsHelix may update affiliate rules, modify commission structures, revise operational systems, introduce new conditions, or discontinue features. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
16. Official Communication
Affiliates must rely only on official DreamsHelix channels for announcements, payout information, program updates, promotional resources, and support assistance.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By participating, users acknowledge that they have read these terms, understood the affiliate policies, and agreed to comply with all platform guidelines and operational standards.
