Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains terms governing payments, cancellations, refunds, enrollments, subscriptions, certifications, internships, assessments, and other services offered through DreamsHelix. By making a payment, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
DreamsHelix primarily provides digital educational courses, certification programs, internship opportunities, live and recorded learning sessions, learning resources, assessments, LMS access, career-oriented services, and referral or affiliate engagement systems.
2. Strict No Refund Policy
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refund shall be issued, no cancellation shall be accepted, no enrollment transfer shall be allowed, no partial refund shall be provided, and no payment reversal shall be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of usage, incomplete participation, failure to complete assessments, personal scheduling conflicts, internet or device issues, dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, accidental purchases, referral misunderstandings, or delayed participation.
4. Course Access & Delivery
Upon successful payment, users may receive LMS access, digital learning resources, course materials, recorded sessions, platform privileges, and learning infrastructure access. Because digital access may begin immediately, refunds cannot be processed once access is granted.
5. Live Sessions & Scheduled Programs
Schedules for live classes, mentorship sessions, webinars, workshops, or interactive events may change due to operational, technical, or organizational requirements. Such modifications do not qualify for refund eligibility.
6. Internship & Certification Programs
Enrollment fees related to internship programs, certification systems, assessments, verification systems, and skill evaluation programs remain non-refundable once registration is completed successfully.
7. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
DreamsHelix may verify transactions, review suspicious activities, hold or reject suspicious enrollments, suspend fraudulent accounts, and restrict misuse of payment systems. Chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims may lead to suspension and legal action.
8. Duplicate Payments
In rare verified duplicate payment situations caused by technical errors, DreamsHelix may review the matter internally. If approved, adjustment, wallet credit, or resolution may be provided at DreamsHelix’s sole discretion.
9. Referral & Affiliate Clarification
DreamsHelix does not guarantee earnings, is not an MLM company, and does not operate a pyramid or chain-based system. Refund requests based on affiliate expectations, commission assumptions, or earning misunderstandings will not be accepted.
10. User Responsibility Before Payment
Before payment, users should read course details, review pricing and features, understand eligibility requirements, verify device and internet compatibility, read platform policies, and clarify doubts through official support channels.
11. Unauthorized Transactions
Users must make payments only through officially authorized DreamsHelix systems and payment channels. DreamsHelix is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, third-party scams, fake representatives, or unofficial payment requests.
12. Policy Updates
DreamsHelix may modify this policy, update pricing structures, revise platform rules, and change operational procedures. Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication.
